Meeting space for a building exhibition

At DemoPark in Almere, people can experience living in a tiny house. In the pavilion we designed, there's room for presentations and meetings of the people visiting. 

 

The pavilion is consists of the Re-Framing Architecture building system we designed. Steel cables connect these sustainable building blocks without glue or screws. This pavilion will exist for a few years, after which the entire building can be taken apart, for the elements to be re-used. The blocks are filled with hempcrete and panels that were cut from outside doors with tiny production flaws. These doors are production waste from the door factory owned by one of the initiators of the project.
